What is the format for the Railway Receipt (RR) number if I’m sending goods by rail?

E-Way Bills have been integrated with Railways for goods sent through the parcel, FOIS system, and leased wagon. Taxpayers must enter the Railway Receipt (RR) numbers in the EWB system for goods sent through railways. The format should be as stated below:

Category	Format	Example
Parcel System	P[station code]PWB, where PWB is the Parcel Way Bill issued for the goods and it should be 10 digits.	PSBC1234567890, where SBC is the station code.
FOIS System	F[station code][RR], where RR is the railway receipt number issued for the goods and it should be 9 digits.	FSBC123456789, where SBC is the station code.
Leased Wagon	L[RR], where RR is the railway receipt number issued for the goods and it should be 9 digits.	L123456789
