How do I mark the newly created series as default?
To mark the newly created series as default:
- Navigate to Settings at the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Transaction Number Series under Customisation.
- Scroll towards right until you find Quote column and hover over the newly created series.
- Click the drop-down and choose Mark as default.
Now, the newly created series would be associated automatically when you create transactions.
If the branches are enabled in your organization, the default series needs to be updated at branch level. To do so:
- Navigate to Settings at the top right corner.
- Choose Branches under Organization.
- Select a branch or hover and click the Edit button from the drop-down.
- Scroll down until you find Default Transaction Series.
- Click the drop-down near Default Transaction Number Series and associate the newly created series.
- Click Save.
