# I want to file my GSTR-1 return manually. How do I export the GSTR-1 details in the JSON format?

You can export the GSTR-1 details in the JSON format from the GST Filing module or from the Summary of Outward Supplies (GSTR-1) report.

### From the GST Filing Module

*   Go to **GST Filing** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Unpushed Transactions** under _GSTR-1_ and click the **File your Return** tab.
*   In the File your Return page, click **Export As** at the top and select **JSON**.

### From the Summary of Outward Supplies (GSTR-1) Report

*   Go to the **Reports** module on the left sidebar.
*   Select the **Summary of Outward Supplies** report under _Taxes_.
*   Click **Export As** at the top select **JSON**.

**Note:** Ensure that you generate the report for the required month.
