# I have enabled approval for GST filing in Zoho Books. How do I disable it?

Here’s how you can disable approval for GST filing:

*   Go to _Settings_ at the top right corner of the page.
*   Select **Taxes** under _Taxes & Compliance_.
*   If multiple GSTNs are configured, click the GSTN under _GST SETTINGS_ in the _Taxes pane_. Go to the **Online Filing Settings** tab.
*   If multiple GSTNs are not configured, select **Online Filing Settings** in the _Taxes pane_.
*   Un-check the _Enable approval process for filing GST Returns_ option to disable GST Filing Approval.
*   Click _Save_.
