[Back](./) # Why am I not able to set up my ICICI Bank Integration in Zoho Books using my existing Corporate ID and User ID? **Note:** This integration is currently available only upon request. If you’d like to use it, contact [icici-support@zohofinance.com](mailto:icici-support@zohofinance.com). However, organisations that have already set up the integration can continue using it. You might not be able to set up the integration due to any of the following 2 cases: 1. Your Internet Banking User ID is inactive/dormant. To activate your account: * Log in to your _ICICI Bank CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) Portal_. * Navigate to _Service Request_ and select _Activation of Inactive/Dormant Accounts_. * Fill in the details and submit your request. You can also call or visit your nearest ICICI Bank to activate your Internet Banking User ID. 2. You are trying to configure the integration using the Corp ID and User ID that is currently used by another user to initiate the integration.
