Value Description

Inventory

To be used for items whose stock needs to be tracked.

Sales

To be used for an item that would only be sold.

Purchases

To be used for an item that would only be purchased.

Sales and Purchases

To be used for the items that would be used for both selling and purchasing.

**Note:** For an Inventory item, ensure that sales and purchase information is also added.
