# I am having difficulty with importing as it shows that the total value does not match with the system-calculated value. What should I do?

This error typically occurs if the total value in your file does not align with the value calculated by the system. To resolve this, consider un-mapping the **Total** column on the mapping page. Here’s how you can unmap it,

*   In the _Preview_ page of import, click _Previous_.
*   You will be taken to the **Map field** page. Here, scroll down until you find _Total_ and click the **X** icon.
*   Then, click **Next** to proceed with the import.

**Note:** The Total column is optional and the system calculates the total based on the Quantity, Rate, Tax Percentage, TDS, Discount, Adjustments, and Shipping Charge columns that are mapped.
