How do I remove my WhatsApp Business account from Zoho BSP?
If you’ve deleted your WhatsApp Business account in Zoho Books, you must also remove the Business account from Zoho BSP. Here’s how:
- Log into Meta Business Suite.
- Go to Accounts on the left sidebar and select WhatsApp Accounts.
- Select the account for which you want to change the Business Service Provider (BSP).
- Navigate to the Partners tab.
- Under Partners with full control, click the View in Partners icon next to Zoho Corporation.
- Click the More icon at the top of the Partners pane, and select Remove from business portfolio.
The respective WhatsApp Business account will be removed from Zoho BSP.
Warning: Ensure that the WhatsApp Business account you removed from Zoho BSP is not integrated with any of your Zoho Books organisations.
