How can I display the Total Amount Excluding TDS on an invoice PDF?
When TDS is applied to an invoice, the Total shows the amount after TDS is deducted. You can enable the Total Amount Excluding TDS label to also display the original invoice amount before TDS is deducted.
To enable it:
- Log in to your Zoho Books organisation.
- Navigate to Settings in the top-right corner.
- Under Organisation Settings, go to Customisation and select PDF Templates.
- Hover over the invoice template where you want to enable the Total Amount Excluding TDS label.
- Click Total in the left panel.
- Go to the Labels tab.
- Select the Total Amount Excluding TDS checkbox.
- Click Save.
The Total Amount Excluding TDS label will appear below Total on invoices that use the configured template and have a TDS deduction applied.
Note:This setting is specific to each invoice template. You must enable it separately for each template where you want to display the label.
