# Can I get the unbilled expense list?

Yes, you can get the unbilled expense list by customizing the **Expense Details** report or from the **Unbilled Expense** filter.

**From the Expense Details Report:**

*   Go to the _Reports_ module and click **Purchases and Expenses** under the _Report Category_.
*   Select **Expense Details**.
*   Click **More filters**.
*   Specify **Status** (under Expense) **is in** as the criteria and choose **Unbilled** status.
*   Click **Run Report**.

**From the Unbilled Expense filter:**

To check unbilled expenses in Zoho Books:

*   Go to the _Purchases_ module and select **Expenses**.
*   Click the **All Expenses** dropdown at the top of the page.
*   Click **Unbilled** from the dropdown.
