# How do I generate an Audit Trail report showing only the entries I edited or deleted during a specific period?

To generate the Audit Trail report showing only the entries you edited or deleted, you can customise the report based on the _Operation Type_. To do this:

*   Go to **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Scroll down to the _Activity_ section, and select **Activity Logs & Audit Trail**.
*   In the next page, click the **Customize** icon in the top right corner.
*   In the _Customize Report_ page, under _Advanced Filters_, click **\+ Add Filters**, and fill in the following fields:
    *   Select **Operation Type** in the first dropdown.
    *   Select **is in** in the second dropdown.
    *   Select **Update** and **Delete** in the third dropdown.
*   Click **Run Report**.

The report will be generated based on the applied filters.
