# Why does the Summary of Outward Supplies report export gets saved in the gstnformat.customization format instead of .json?

If you’re using Zoho Books through Windows platform, the downloaded file will have the **.customization** extension. You can rename the file extension and here’s how you can do it:

*   Go to the _Downloads_ folder on your system and locate the downloaded **gstnformat.customization** file.
*   Right-click on the file and choose **Rename**. Replace **.customization** with **.json**.

At times, the extension might not be visible in the downloaded file because you may have enabled the option to hide extensions. To disable this option, follow the steps below:

*   Open _File Explorer_ and click the **View** tab.
*   Select **File name extensions**.
*   Uncheck the **Hide extensions for known file types** box.
*   Click **Apply** and then, click **OK**.
