# What is an Exception Report?

An exception report displays the reasons you have provided while:

*   Editing a sent invoice
*   Voiding an invoice
*   Converting a draft invoice to void
*   Rejecting a transaction submitted for approval

To view the report:

*   Go to the **Reports** module and choose **Activity** under the _Report Category_.
*   Click **Exception Report** to view it.
