# How long will the transactions be present in the IMS dashboard?

All accepted or rejected transactions belonging to a particular **GSTR-2B** period will be removed from IMS upon filing of **GSTR-3B** for that period. Only the pending records and invoices/records belonging to future tax periods, will remain in IMS.
