# When will I be able to view transactions in IMS, and when can I take action on them?

The transaction will be available in IMS as soon as it is saved by the supplier in their corresponding GSTR-1/1A/IFF. Once a supplier or taxpayer saves an invoice in GSTR-1/1A/IFF, it will appear in IMS for the recipient taxpayer to take action.
