I’ve provided HSN for my items. Do I need to update the tax rates manually to comply with the new GST rates?

If you’ve scheduled the tax rates update, you need not update any details manually. If you choose to update tax rates yourself, you can:

  • Edit each item, composite item, and recurring invoice individually in Zoho Books to update your tax rates.
  • Export your items, composite items, and recurring invoices from their respective list pages. Make the required changes in a spreadsheet, and re-import them into the respective modules in your organization.
