A user is unable to view the option to add bank account details to the vendor. What should I do?

Only the user with required permission is allowed to configure bank details for a vendor. To enable this permission for your user role to add bank details:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Organisation Settings, select Roles under Users & Roles.
  • Select the role for which this option needs to be enabled.
  • In the Contacts section, enable Allow users to add, edit and delete vendor’s bank account details to grant necessary access.
  • Click Save.

Now, the user will be able to add the bank account details of the vendor.
