We needed convenient software that would be easy for our staff across different countries to understand. We had initially implemented Expensify across the Group, but gradually realized that it was not cost effective. We came across Zoho Expense, and realized it was the perfect expense management software we were looking for. Since it's user-friendly, it didn't take us much time to learn the product.

Zoho Expense is an amazing product that we used to replace Expensify in our organization. It is a more cost-effective option with the same features. The auto receipt scans work great. The reports are easy to generate. Zoho Expense is user-friendly and provides amazing customer service!

Doing my expenses now takes me seven minutes when they used to take me four hours a month.

I believe the most convenient feature for our employees is the easy-to-use mobile version of the tool. You click a picture of the bill you just spent on, select the relevant expense head, and hit submit. Additionally, scanned copies of bills/receipts, expenses, approvals, and comments are now available in one report, which forms the basis for any reimbursement claim posted to our accounting software.

Easy to use and it actually works!
I was using Expensify for 8 months and I REALLY wanted that platform to work well, but I had continuous issues with the app and with customer support. I needed something to work immediately and took a chance with Zoho...and it worked with no issues.


Better than Expensify
I'm moving from Expensify. Expensify was working for me fine, but their support was terrible. I'm a new user with Zoho, but they seem to have all the functions I needed from Expensify, plus more languages, which is great for my team. And so far the support has been excellent! I'm not even a paying customer yet and they're treating me like royalty.
