Why are the transactions made using my card are not visible as card feeds in Zoho Expense yet?
The card transactions may not be visible as card feeds in Zoho Expense if the card transactions are not posted in your bank website or if you haven’t updated your card credentials.
You can refresh your feeds or update credentials to see the new transactions. Generally, an auto-refresh occurs every 24 hours and new transactions will be auto-fetched.
To refresh feeds:
- Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
- Click the Corporate or Personal card for which you want to refresh the feeds.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner.
- Click Refresh Feeds.
If you’ve changed your login credentials or have requested for a new password from the bank, you will have to update the credentials in Zoho Expense.
To update the credentials:
- Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
- Click the Corporate or Personal card for which you want to edit the details.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner and select Update Credentials.
- Make the required changes and click Save.
