With Delhivery’s extensive network, a seamless shipping experience is made possible. Get real-time tracking of your shipments and keep your customers updated. **Prerequisite:** You must have an active Delhivery account. ## Set Up The Integration * Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation. * Click the **Gear** icon in the top right corner of the page. * Navigate to **Shipping** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click **Set Up Now** under Delhivery. ![Delhivery Setup](/in/inventory/help/images/integrations/delhivery/Delhivery.png) * In a new tab, login to your Delhivery account. * Navigate to **API Setup** in **Settings** * Click **Copy** to copy the API key. ![Delhivery API](/in/inventory/help/images/integrations/delhivery/Delhivery-api.png) * Go back to Zoho Inventory and paste the copied API key in the **API Key** field. * Click **Save** to complete the integration setup. ## Create a Delhivery Shipment **Prerequisite:** The Dispatch Address entered in Zoho Inventory should be the same as the pickup address in your Delhivery account.The Street Address and Phone Number must be added correctly in the destination address. To create a Delhivery shipment in Zoho Inventory: * Go to **Packages** under _Sales_. * Hover over a package under the **Not Shipped** category. * Click the three dot icon. * Click **Ship via Carrier.** You’ll be redirected to the shipment creation page. * Choose **Delhivery** as your carrier. * Verify the **Dispatch Address** and **Destination** addresses. Make sure correct address information is provided. * Click **Save & Continue** to proceed to the next step. * Enter all the shipment details and choose your shipping mode under **Service Tracking Preferences.** * Click **Calculate Rates** to get the current shipping rates. ![Delhivery Shipment](/in/inventory/help/images/integrations/delhivery/Delhivery-shipment.png) * Click **Create Shipment**. * You can now generate and download the shipping label. You can also download the shipping label from the shipment details page. **Note:** The status of the shipment will be automatically updated once in every 12 hours. You can also manually check for the latest update by clicking Check Status. ## Edit the Integration Editing the integration let’s you connect Zoho Inventory with a different Delhivery account or reconnect your existing account if you have a new API key. Here’s how you can edit and enter a new API key: * Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation. * Click the **Gear** icon in the top right corner of the page. * Navigate to **Shipping** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click the **Edit** button under Delhivery. ![Edit Integration](/in/inventory/help/images/integrations/delhivery/Delhivery-edit.png) * Click **OK** to confirm. ## Delete the Integration * Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation. * Click the **Gear** icon in the top right corner of the page. * Navigate to **Shipping** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click the **Trash** icon under Delhivery. ![Delete Integration](/in/inventory/help/images/integrations/delhivery/Delhivery-delete.png) * Click **OK** to confirm.
