# What are the prerequisites required before I integrate with a sales channel?

**Prerequisites:**

*   An item you sell in eBay must have the same SKU values as the one you have recorded in Zoho Inventory.
*   In case of Etsy the listing ID of an item must be equal to the SKU of the same item in Zoho Inventory.
*   If they are either not available in your sales channels or they are not the same as the one in Zoho Inventory, you can update item **SKU** values through selling managers.
*   **Note:** No partial shipments are allowed for the items in Etsy as you can only provide a single tracking ID for a sales order in Etsy.
