# How do I the record return shipment fee in Zoho Inventory?

You can enter the return shipment charges in the **Adjustments** field while creating a credit note. For example, if you charge $20 as the return shipment fee, then enter the value as -20 in the Adjustments field. This will deduct $20 from your customer’s available credits.
