A payment link is a unique URL that enables customers to make secure online payments. Businesses can easily request, accept, and record payments through these links. They can be shared via email, SMS, or other channels, making it a quick and convenient payment option for customers.
Once integrated with Zoho Payments, you can create payment links using Zoho Finance applications like Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Billing, and Zoho Checkout.
Prerequisite: Enable payment links in your Zoho Finance app by navigating to Settings > Preferences > General. Check the Payment Links option to enable the module.
To create a new payment link:
- Navigate to the Payment Links module in the left sidebar.
- Click the + New button on the top right corner of the page.
- Fill in the required details.
- Click Save or Save and Share.
Once you’ve created the payment link, a shortened URL and an automated Reference # will be generated for the link. You can share the payment link with your customer through an email, requesting them to pay you online.
