Can I generate Form 16 for employees terminated in the middle of a financial year?

Yes, the Part B of Form 16 will be available for terminated employees as well. Once you upload Part A of Form 16, Zoho Payroll will automatically generate the Part B and provide the merged Form 16. You can sign it digitally and publish it. The terminated employee will receive the Form 16 as an email attachment in their personal email address (provided it is furnished during the time of termination). Else, you can download it and send it to them.
