# I am not able to upload Part B for my Form 16. Why?

If you are facing difficulties in uploading Part B for your Form 16, it could be due to the following reasons:

*   The number of employees in the uploaded Part B exceeds the number of employees in Part A for a particular batch.
*   The file you uploaded is unrelated to the file uploaded in Part A for {%Batch Name%}.

To resolve these issues, follow these best practices:

*   Ensure that the number of employees in Part B is equal to or smaller than Part A for particular batch.
*   Ensure to upload the correct PDF file that corresponds to the one uploaded in Part A for the same batch.
*   Convert the individual files for Part A and Part B into a zip file before uploading.

Check the size of the zip file and ensure it does not exceed 25 MB.
