How do I send email alerts to people whose details are not stored in my Zoho Inventory organization?
To send email alerts to people whose details are not stored in your Zoho Inventory organization:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner.
- Click Workflow Actions under Automation.
- Click + New Email Alert.
- Enter a Name and select a Module for which you want to associate the email alert.
- Select an Email Template.
- Enter the email addresses of the people whose details are not stored in your Zoho Inventory organization in the Email Recipients field.
- Click Save.
Every time this email alert is triggered, the contacts that you added to the Email Recipients field will receive an email.
