# How do I attach files to bills?

**Method 1:**

You can add attachments to a bill during creation using the **Upload File** option in the New Bills page.

**Method 2:**

You can also attach files to a bill later. To do so:

*   Navigate to the bill.
*   Click on the **More** button.
*   Choose the **Attach file** option from the drop down.
*   A pop up will open up that will enable selecting the files and uploading them.
*   **Note:** Files cannot be attached or added to paid bills.
