What does ‘The given edition/country is not supported’ mean?

This message means your Zoho account is hosted in a region-specific data center that does not support the country you selected for your Zoho Invoice organization.

Zoho has different data centers based on geographical locations. Certain data centers are region-specific. For example, if your Zoho account is hosted in the India data center (.in), you can create a Zoho Invoice organization with India as the country.

If your business is located in a different country and you want to create a Zoho Invoice organization for that country, create a new Zoho account in the appropriate data center using a different email address. On the sign-up page, click Change Country, select your desired country, and complete the sign-up process. Learn more about selecting your country during sign-up.

Use Your Existing Email Address

Currently, the same email address cannot be used to maintain separate Zoho accounts across different data centers.

If you want to use your existing email address, you have to close your existing Zoho account before signing up again in the required data center. Learn how to close your Zoho account.

Warning: Closing your Zoho account permanently deletes the account and all its associated data. The deleted data cannot be recovered. If you use other Zoho applications with the same account, the data associated with those applications will also be deleted.

Once the existing account is deleted:

  • Go to Zoho Invoice.
  • Sign up using the same email address.
  • Select your desired country on the sign-up page.
  • Complete the sign-up process and create your Zoho Invoice organization.

If you are unsure about closing your existing Zoho account, write to support@zohoinvoice.com before you proceed.
