Can I see sales totals or reports in the Invoice Generator app?
No. The Invoice Generator is a simple invoicing app and does not support sales reports.
To view sales reports, use Zoho Invoice, a free invoicing solution that gives you the full capabilities of the product. If you have already signed up for Zoho Invoice from the Invoice Generator app, sign in to Zoho Invoice with the same credentials. The invoices you created after signing up are synced to your Zoho Invoice organization.
To view your total sales in Zoho Invoice:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Sales by Customer under Sales.
- Select the required Date Range at the top of the report.
- Click Run Report.
The report displays the total sales for each customer in the selected period. You can also view the sales by item or by sales person using the other reports under Sales.
