When you cancel your account, all your landing pages will be unpublished. But don't worry! Your data will be safe on our servers for 90 days and can be revived upon reactivation.
If your visitor count exceeds your plan’s limit, Zoho LandingPage will automatically upgrade you to the next visitor tier to ensure your pages continue collecting leads without interruption. You’ll only be charged on a pro-rata basis for the upgraded plan.
If auto-upgrade is disabled, visitor tracking and lead collection will pause once you reach the limit and will resume when your billing cycle renews or when you upgrade manually.
No, as soon as the subscription is activated, the unique visitor count will be added in total to your account. For example, if your plan allows 20,000 unique visitors every month, then 240,000 (20,000 * 12) unique visitors will be added to your account directly in the yearly plan.
Our visitor tracking is cookie-based. For example, If a visitor "A" comes to your site multiple times during a month, we will account for 1 visitor only. However, this applies only until they clear or delete the cookie.
You can publish as many landing pages as you want on your connected domain or subdomain. There are no restrictions on the number of pages you can publish.
