Accessing Zoho LandingPage
Zoho LandingPage is a part of Zoho's suite of online collaboration, business and productivity applications. You will be able to access Zoho LandingPage by using your common account for all Zoho Services (hereinafter "Zoho Account").
Accessing other Zoho Services
Other Zoho Services may be integrated with Zoho LandingPage. Your Zoho Account will also allow you to access all Zoho Services even if such Zoho Services are not integrated with Zoho LandingPage. Use of some of these Zoho Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such Zoho Services (hereinafter "Service Specific Terms"). You must read, understand and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding Zoho Service.
Content, Conduct and Screening
You may publish content created by you using Zoho LandingPage. However, you will be solely responsible for such content and the consequences of its transmission or publication. Zoho may screen the content that is published through Zoho LandingPage by using automated scripts and you hereby consent to such screening by Zoho. Zoho reserves the right to remove or block access of any content that violates these Terms, is illegal or otherwise objectionable in Zoho's sole discretion.
Images
The images that are used in the themes for creating the landing page are licensed by Zoho from the copyright owners of such images. These images are permitted to be used only on the landing pages created using Zoho LandingPage and are provided as is and as available. You are required to obtain permission from the respective copyright owners before you exploit the images in any other manner.
By using Zoho LandingPage, you agree that you will not
publish any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
publish any virus and malicious code which might disrupt, disable, harm, erase memory of, or otherwise impede the operations, or functions of any software, hardware, wireless device, computer or any network of any party.
publish any material that defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens or otherwise violates privacy and other legal rights of others.
publish any content that is unlawful, illegal, hateful, promotes racism or promotes discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity.
publish pornographic and/or obscene content.
publish any content, that imply or promote support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.
impersonate any individual or entity.
create a load on Zoho’s servers or abuse Zoho’s bandwidth or interfere with.
violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws.
promote/distribute or sell illegal and counterfeit products.
promote or sell pharmaceutical products, gambling services, e-cigarettes, etc.
publish content that is used for scamming purposes such as pyramid scheme, click fraud or get-rich-quick scheme.
promote dangerous and illegal activities.
publish content related to cryptocurrency and related technology, including but not limited to virtual currency, initial coin offering and blockchain.
use Zoho LandingPage for spamming, phishing or any similar activity.
publish any pirated content.
publish any content that is considered as confidential and/or personal information belonging to any person or entity.
use Zoho LandingPage for collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
interfere with or disrupt the provisioning of Zoho LandingPage.
use Zoho LandingPage for publishing content that is solely created to manipulate search engine results, search engine ranking and search result placement.
use Zoho LandingPage for generating unnatural traffic.
post affiliate links using Zoho LandingPage without any original content.
use Zoho LandingPage to link or redirect to sites that are involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
Information Collected using Zoho LandingPage and Your Privacy Requirements
Using Zoho LandingPage, you can collect details such as query parameters, clicks, page scrolls, location, device type, browser type, and operating system of your landing page visitors. You can use the information collected to improve the visitor engagement and conversion rate of your landing pages and for general statistical purposes.
When you collect and process the above mentioned information using Zoho LandingPage, you may have certain legal obligations such as obtaining consent of individuals, informing about cookie usage and providing appropriate notices to them, depending on the jurisdiction you are from and the laws applicable to you. You shall ensure that your usage of Zoho LandingPage is in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.
Identification and Tracking of your Landing Page Visitors
You understand that Zoho LandingPage enables you to collect information about visitors to your landing pages and their devices through the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your visitors' devices/computers through browsers. This includes cookies set by Zoho LandingPage to analyze visitor interactions and enhance the functionality of your landing pages, and cookies set by third parties when you integrate third-party analytics or tracking tools. Zoho LandingPage provides you certain features to help you meet your compliance requirements. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all cookies used on your landing pages comply with requirements under applicable laws inlcuding but not limited to, implementing appropriate cookie banners, notices, and obtaining visitor consent where required. It is your responsibility to assess whether the consent and cookie banner features provided by Zoho LandingPage are sufficient to comply with applicable laws.
Sensitive Information
You shall not use Zoho LandingPage to collect any Sensitive Information. Zoho reserves the right, without any requirement to provide prior notice, to screen all landing pages to ascertain if they are used to collect Sensitive Information. We will immediately block those landing pages that are used to collect Sensitive Information. We may also suspend/terminate the account that is used to build such landing pages. "Sensitive Information" includes but is not limited to, social security numbers or other government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, payment card data, CVVs, credit report information or other personal financial information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health or medical information or other information that is subject to international, federal, state, or local laws or ordinances now or hereafter enacted regarding data protection or privacy.
