Migrating from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365?
Use one-click migration. Authenticate your existing account, choose users and folders, and watch progress in the Admin Console.
View one-click migration guide →Migrating from anything else—a host, a registrar, cPanel, another provider?
Use server-to-server migration. You'll need your current server's IMAP or POP details and the list of users to move.

Use the migration wizard for PST, EML, or Exchange files. Select users, upload the files.

Keep the history. And still migrate. Get the best of both worlds via Zoho Mail. Split delivery routes mail for specific users or domains to each provider, so you can move one team at a time and leave everyone else untouched. Dual delivery sends a copy to both, so mails land in the old and the new system while you verify. Most organizations run one of these for a week or two, confirm nothing is missing, and then decide to change MX records.

Frequently asked questions
Roughly 15 minutes per gigabyte per mailbox. Actual time depends on network speed and mailbox size. Migrating in batches of about 10 users keeps it manageable.
No. Split and dual delivery let both providers receive mail throughout, so there's no window where messages can be missed. Your MX records only change once you've verified the migration.
Nothing is duplicated. Zoho Mail de-duplicates on re-migration, so a repeat run is safe.
Yes. You can include or exclude specific folders and set a date range for the emails you want moved.
You can, but batches of around 10 users are recommended so progress is easier to monitor and any failure is easier to isolate.
The migration reports name what didn't transfer and why. Contact support@zohomail.com and a migration engineer will help you complete it.
No. You keep your domain and your addresses stay identical. Only the MX records change.
No. Migration tools are included on all plans. Organisations above 50 users also get a dedicated migration engineer at no extra cost.
Yes, over IMAP. You'll need the server hostname, port, and user credentials from your hosting control panel.
