What types of payment do you accept?

What happens when my trial ends?
Once your trial period expires, you will need to purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription to retain access to all your members and customizations in your organization's account. Otherwise, your account will be moved to a free plan.
How can I switch plans?
To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, log in to Zoho Meeting and click the Manage Subscription link at the top of the page. Follow the steps on the Subscription page to switch to a new plan.
Am I eligible for any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on annual commitments. The prices displayed on this page for annual subscriptions already include this discount. Furthermore, we have special pricing available for non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
