If I am using Zoho Expense and Zoho Books, where can I see the total reimbursement amount that I owe my employees in Zoho Books?

You can view the total amount you owe your Zoho Books employees by checking the balance of the Employee Reimbursement account in Zoho Books.

To view the reimbursement balance in Zoho Books:

  • Log in to Zoho Books.
  • Click Reports on the left sidebar in Zoho Books.
  • Select Account Transactions report under Accountant.
  • Click + More Filters at the top.
  • Select the filter criteria as Transaction Type is in Employee Reimbursement.
  • Click Run Report. You will be able to view the employee reimbursement balance.
