While accessing the Xero configuration page, why am I getting the error, ‘Sorry! Problem in connecting with Xero, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact support@zohoexpense.com’?

The following are the possible reasons for getting this error:

  • The integration has been disconnected in Xero.
  • Your Xero subscription has expired.
  • The role of the integration owner has changed in Xero.

To resolve this error, disable the integration from Zoho Expense and enable it again.

Note: If integration has been disconnected from Xero, you can reconnect if the integration is active in Zoho Expense.
