Why am I unable to view the dropdown options under the external lookup field?
If youโre unable to view the dropdown options under the external lookup field, ensure if youโve enabled the Zoho CRM API Access preference in Zoho CRM. Here’s how you can check this:
- Go to the Zoho CRM web app.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Click Profile under Security Control.
- Click the required profile and go to Developer Permissions.
- Enable the Zoho CRM API Access.
Once this is done, perform an instant sync and check if users can view the values while creating an expense in your organization.
