Why are some users unable to view few projects?
The Admin user in Zoho Expense will have access to associate the user with the required project by following the steps below:
- Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.
(OR)
Click Settings in the top right corner of the page. - Go to Modules under Customization.
- Click Projects.
- Choose the project for which you want to associate an user.
- Click + Associate User under Users.
- Choose the user that you want to associate with the project.
- Click Save.
The associated user will now be able to view the project while creating an expense.
