How do I allocate funds to my refund buffer?
You can allocate any amount amount in Zoho Payments to address any refunds or payment-related expenses.
To allocate funds:
- Go to the Account Balance module.
- Click Set Buffer under Refund Buffer.
- Enter the amount in the pop-up that follows.
Insight: You can allocate any desired amount towards the fund. If required, you can adjust the amount later by adding or releasing funds from the same section.
- Click Confirm.
The amount will be allocated towards the refund buffer.
