Can Zoho Payments access or share my bank or card details with the merchant?

Zoho Payments cannot access or share your bank or card details with the merchant. When you make a payment, Zoho Payments securely processes the transaction using payment tokenization, which replaces your sensitive payment data with a unique identifier known as token. This ensures that your actual card details are never exposed during the transaction.

The merchant only receives the payment confirmation and relevant transaction details (such as the amount, payment method, and date) to fulfill your order. Additionally, the last four digits of your card are displayed to the merchant for reference, or to help them initiate refunds to the correct account if needed.
