How do I add funds to my Zoho Payments account balance?

At the moment, Zoho Payments does not provide a direct option to add funds to your account balance. However, if a refund request arises and your account balance is negative, you might need to top it up or wait for another payment to process the refund.

To prevent such situations you can set up a Refund Reserves. This reserve ensures that your business always has sufficient funds to cover unexpected refund requests.
