All HR activities were handled manually using paper or excel sheets. This resulted in clutter and multiple versions of the same record. Employees were not able to perform self service and were approaching the HR department for getting information.

Leave and and timesheets are managed directly from the portal. Too many emails are avoided and leave can be applied and approved directly on Zoho People.
