Why can’t I find the client’s Zoho Books organization while creating a new client in Zoho Practice?

The client’s Zoho Books organization will only appear in Zoho Practice if you are an active user in that organization. Please check if you have been added as a user in the client’s Zoho Books organization. If not, request your client to add you as a user. Once you are added, try importing the clients again in Zoho Practice.
