Why is the user not listed as an active user in the client’s Zoho Books organization even though I’ve assigned them in Zoho Practice?

Currently, Zoho Practice allows you to add clients using Zoho One, generate client requests, and access their insights. However, free users cannot be included in your Zoho One account. This may be why the user is not appearing as an active user in the client’s Zoho Books organization.
