How do I monitor the actions and changes performed by users in my Zoho Practice organization?
To track changes made by users in your organization:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Scroll down and click Activity under Activity Logs & Audit Trail.
- Click Customize Report at the top of the page.
- Click + Add Filters below Advanced Filters.
- Specify the criteria. Select User in the first dropdown, is in the second dropdown, and the required users in the third dropdown.
- You can add filters and specify multiple conditions to satisfy.
- Click Run Report.
An activity report is generated based on the user specified. Now, you can view changes made by the respective user.
