When using the Trial version of Zoho Recruit, the following limits and restrictions will be applicable for your account. Keep in mind that these limits apply for the entire trial period and will not refresh each day like in Paid plans.
- Email Restriction
Individual Emails
20 emails per account
Mass Emails
20 emails per account
Workflow Alerts (Includes Blueprint)
20 emails per account
Portals (Candidate, Client & Vendor)
5 emails per portal
Autoresponders (Webform apply notifications)

Important Note:
You can only send emails to addresses that are registered with users in your account while using the Trial version of Zoho Recruit.
Example Scenario
Say you have signed up for a trial account and added a user John Doe with the email john.doe@zylker.com. Now, if you wish to test out an email template, you must make sure the candidate (to whom you're sending the email) must have john.doe@zylker.com as their email address.
Public Domain Restriction
As a security measure, you will be required to configure your business email (Example: sample@companyname.com) to send emails via Zoho Recruit. You will be restricted from sending emails from addresses that use public domains (@gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.) in the following areas;
- Mass Mail
- Bulk Mail
- Schedule Mass Mail
- Workflow Alerts
- Mass Invite (Candidate Portal)
- Submit to Client (with multiple Contacts)
- Macro
- Bulk Opt-in Requests (GDPR)
- Bulk Offer Generation
- Bulk EEO Compliance Survey Request
- Auto Responder Rules
To prevent any restrictions from triggering, we urge admins and users in your account to have their business email as their primary email address. This can be configured in Zoho Accounts under Profile > Email Addresses.
