My users are not able to view the statements of customers/vendors. What should I do?
When you assign a role to a user, you need to enable the option to view the statements. Here’s how you can enable this option:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organisation Settings, select Roles under Users & Roles.
- Hover over the role you want to edit, click the More icon, and select Edit from the dropdown.
- Under Contacts, click More permissions next to Customers or Vendors.
- Check the Statement option, and click Save.
Now, your user will be able to view the statements of customers or vendors in their respective details page.
