# How do I change my Organisation Name to match the HMRC Business Name?

If the business name from HMRC does not match your Zoho Books organisation name, you can update your organisation name in either of the following ways:

When you [set up](https://www.zoho.com/uk/books/help/mtd-it/making-tax-digital.html#enable) MTD for Income Tax and configure your business details, if a mismatch is identified between the business name from HMRC and your Zoho Books organisation name, a warning banner will be displayed on the _Making Tax Digital for Income Tax_ settings page. Click **Update Now** in the warning banner to update your organisation details directly.

Alternatively, you can update the organisation name manually:

*   Go to **Settings**.
*   Select **Profile** under _Organisation_.
*   Update the **Organisation Name** to match the HMRC business name.
*   Click **Save**.

Your organisation name in Zoho Books will now be updated to match the business name registered with HMRC.
