# Why is the Tax Returns page taking a long time to load?

This usually happens when HMRC is still processing and sending the data to Zoho Books. HMRC performs its own calculations before the results are available, so loading may take some time.

Click **Refresh** on the **Tax Returns** page to check the status. If the data is still not displayed after some time, try again later.
