# How do I reauthorise Zoho Books with HMRC?

The authorisation token generated by Zoho Books for HMRC integration is valid only for a period of eighteen months.

To reauthorise your integration:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner of the page.
*   Click **VAT Filing Settings** under _VAT Settings_ from the left sidebar.
*   Choose the option **I want to file my VAT returns to HMRC through Zoho Books**.
*   Click **Save**.

A new pop-up screen will appear that will redirect you to the HMRC portal where you can log in with your credentials and complete the authorisation.
