# I want to add more than one tax to an item. How to do this?

If there is more than one tax involved for an item, you can combine all taxes into a tax group in Zoho Inventory. Associate the tax group to the item and this will be reflected in all future sales orders for that item.

To create a tax group:

*   Click on **Settings** (Gear icon).
*   Go to **Taxes**.
*   Click on the **\+ New Tax** drop down and select the **New Tax Group** option.
*   Provide an appropriate name for the tax group and select all the taxes that has to be included in this tax group.
*   Click **Save**.
